Independent builderDesign meets systems

Ideas intoworking things.

A practical imagination

Websites with character.
Software with a purpose.
Systems that connect the two.

Creative development & automationA little curiosity goes a long way
01Thought, then made.

A good idea deserves
more than a nice screen.

I build the experience people see and the systems that make it work. From the first conversation to the details that only show up in daily use.

02What I can help with

Different needs.
One curious mind.

For founders and teams. I ask about the audience, the offer and what is stopping people from taking the next step.

Distinctive websites where layout, typography and interaction belong together. Built to feel considered on a phone as well as a large screen.

WebsitesInteractive experiencesProduct interfaces

Connected management software that brings people, records and decisions into one place. I work through roles, permissions, data and handoffs before shaping the interface.

CRMsManagement toolsDashboards

Workflows that move information between tools, reduce repeated work and leave a clear path for human review. Including what happens when a step fails.

n8nAPIs & webhooksReview workflows

Turn a rough requirement into a usable first product. Clarify the scope, build the essential flow, test it with real use, and improve what matters.

What earns attention, what holds it, and what deserves to be cut? I review the hook, story, pacing and production choices against the audience and the purpose of the piece.

Content judgmentProduction feedbackAudience retention

I look at where the eye lands, what the hierarchy implies, and where a person has to stop and think. Feedback connects a specific moment of confusion to a reason and a practical change.

03Behind the interface

I can build it.
And explain it.

A complex system is a set of decisions that need to make sense together. This is how I work through them.

Start with the person doing the work.

Who uses this? What are they trying to finish? Where do they get stuck? I map the workflow before deciding which screens or automations belong in it.

People → responsibilities → handoffs
04When systems meet real life

A small, illustrative walkthrough

One event.
More than one handoff.

A useful system carries context from one step to the next, and knows what to protect when something goes off plan.

01Check the account

Match the payment to the right member and renewal.

02Keep access intact

Allow a retry window before changing service.

03Send the next action

Share a secure link and make the status visible.

04Escalate with context

Flag unresolved cases for a person to review.

GuardrailA single failed attempt should not cut off someone’s access.

Illustrative logic · sample data

Choose a scenario, then trace the handoffs.

05Tools I work with

Curiosity keeps
my toolkit moving.

For building, connecting, creating and getting the everyday work done.

A working toolkit, always evolving.

06A bit about me
Hiren Chhaniyara

Curious by nature.
Hands on by choice.

I’m Hiren. I like figuring out how things work, and how they could work better.

My work has taken me across product, sales, design and finance. That gives me a useful place to start: understanding the people and decisions behind a piece of software.

I’ve built internal tools, connected business workflows and shipped management software. I now work independently on websites, automation and products.

I care about the way something feels as much as the way it functions. This site is one place to explore both.
